Our story started over 20 years ago on a market stall in East Anglia. Our founder Andrew Killingsworth was buying and selling ladies clothing, and in one parcel he bought was a collection of plus-size womenswear. The clothing flew out and Andrew quickly recognised the demand for affordable fashion in plus sizes. Andrew is still very much involved in the business today, and regularly visits stores, meeting and talking with customers and constantly getting feedback on what we can do to improve. Now, we are a truly global business. We operate a number of websites in various different languages, shipping to over 90 countries. We also have over 125 stores across the UK, 12 in the Middle East, and we’re still growing rapidly! Our business operates from our UK head office in Peterborough, which houses a photography studio, 90,000 ft /9000 sq metres warehouse, customer service department and all other head office divisions fully operating under one roof. We love talking to our customers and are proud of our engaged and loyal social media communities.
